Tease Hair and Lash Studio provides high quality services and stands behind the quality of those services with a client service guarantee. As with any beauty service that is highly technical and requires after care, there are imperfections that can happen due to either/both the technician or client. As such, our consent form provides all precautions and considerations regarding our services. Combined with our guarantee, clients are fully informed regarding the risks and benefits of the services, and can feel secure that they are patronizing an establishment that truly cares about customer satisfaction and fair resolution of any problems. Our comprehensive warranty is among the best in the Valley, and not only protects against any errors made on our part, but also errors made by clients:
- Allergic reaction/eye Irritation: We will waive our $25 eyelash extension removal fee if you have any eye irritation or allergic reaction, even if you declined a patch test as indicted on your consent form.
- Initial set of eyelash extensions, non-members: We will refresh your lashes for free within 7 days of placement of your initial set, in the event of significant loss of extensions and/or correct any defect in the eyelash extensions if we are notified within 7 days of initial placement, even if due to improper aftercare by the client. By appointment only.
- Fills, non members: We will correct any defect and/or refresh your eyelash extensions for free if we are notified within 7 days of the fill in the event of significant eyelash extension loss and/or correct any defects in the eyelash extensions, even if due to improper after care by the client. By appointment only.
- Fills, members: We will touch up your lashes for free at anytime in between your membership eyelash extension fills in the event of significant eyelash extension loss, even if due to improper after care by the client. Members also enjoy a free eyebrow wax during their membership fill appointments. By appointment only.
We will correct any smudge or areas of non-color in your spray tan if we are notified within 48 hours of application of the tan, even if the defect was caused by improper after care/mistakes made by the client. By appointment only.
Hair Color/Cut Services
We will correct any area of dissatisfaction with any of our hair services if we are notified within 48 hours of completion of the service so long as the changes are consistent with the initial requested style and color. By appointment only.
Hair Extension Services
We will re-tape and reapply any hair extension that falls out, even if due to improper after care by the client, within 1 month of placement, provided that the client washes (with a clarifying shampoo) and dries their hair prior to their appointment, and brings the cleaned and dried hair extension(s) to the correction appointment. By appointment only.
What is Excluded:
- In-fills of eyelash extensions that were placed by a provider not associated with Tease Hair and Lash Studio.
- Damage to eyelash extensions due to wearing non eyelash extension compatible makeup and eye products or damage to eyelash extensions caused by using lighters too close to the lashes and high settings with blow dryers.
- Color Correction – The color correction consent form will outline the details of the service to be rendered and expectations/limitations of that service.
- Hair Services – If clients do not follow after care instructions for perms and Brazilian blow-outs, the warranty is void. If clients alter their hair color after their service in any way or apply any hair structure altering chemicals to the hair after their service, the warranty is void. If hair extensions fall out and are lost, Tease will not bear the cost of replacement of the extensions.
- Spray tan – Because color is subjective, we will not correct client’s dissatisfaction with the color or darkness/lightness of the color of the spray tan. See consent form for color and depth information.
